Manage the Client Services Division inside the county IT department. Six direct reports covering service desk, hardware, VoIP, software deployment and integration. Started as interim in 2021, made permanent March 2022.
- Migrated users off legacy PBX to Webex Calling.
- Rolled out Microsoft 365 and Intune across county departments.
- Rebuilt ServiceNow intake to shorten resolution times.
