I run the Client Services Division at Madera County government. Before that, eighteen years of freelance design and tech work. What I keep coming back to is the story inside data — behavior patterns, system logs, the thing a number is actually telling you. Most of what I build ends up being about that.
This is the honest lens. I like a lot of things. I do a fraction of them. The distance between taste and practice is where my ADHD and my systems-thinking both live. Rough numbers, updated when I bother.
I love to cook. I don't usually cook. That's the story.
Most of the lab is half-finished. The finishing part is where the work is.
I want to read. I don't, much. Most of what I learn is by doing and talking.
